Hitting the Mark, Dr. Larry Guthrie

Psalm 127 tells us that our children are like arrows in the hand of a mighty man. These arrows are intended to be cast forth to "Hit the Mark." Watch as Dr. Guthrie illustrates seven principles that govern the flight of an arrow and direct the path of our sons and daughters. He will pop seven balloons with his Mathews "Heli-m" bow, one balloon for each principle. In an exciting conclusion to the lesson he will attempt to "Hit the Mark" by shooting an apple off someone's head. The session will focus on key issues of parenting. Appropriate for all ages. (Note: No mothers, fathers, or children will be harmed in this demonstration!!)

Friday Evening Movie Gallery: Come What May

Other Special Programs and Activities for Children and Teens: Presentations by Eric and Leslie Ludy will be of particular interest to teens. Children of all ages will enjoy Dr. Larry Guthrie. In addition, a number of interactive exhibits will be ongoing in the Exhibit Hall! Please refer to the Convention Schedule of Events and Workshop Descriptions below for a full description of events and activities for all ages!
